Forum Rules:
1. The usage of excessive racial, homophobic, sexist, or derogatory comments shall not be tolerated; the only exception being the furry fandom.
2. The usage of excessive profane language or hate speech shall be limited, if not prohibited; continuous usage of such language towards a fellow member shall be deemed as harassment and treated as such.
3. Spamming, trolling, or making irrelevant and idiotic comments shall be limited.
4. The posting of pornographic or otherwise groteque, distrubing, illegal, or unsafe content, or linking to such shall be prohibited; unless there is a valid purpose for doing so and a warning tag or disclaimer is displayed (ex. NSFW, 18+, "gross") so that all members can read the warning before proceeding to view said material, then it shall be removed.
5. The threatening or extortion of other users is prohibited; attacking, spamming, or raiding fellow users will be severely limited, if not prohibited under circumstances.
6. There shall be NO DISCUSSION OF ANY SENSITIVE INFORMATION PERTAINING TO THIS SITE; i.e., access passwords, the existence of hidden or vulnerable pages, etc. Any such information released will be destroyed IMMEDIATELY.
7. There shall be no posting expressly for the purpose of increasing user post count.
8. There shall be no confusion that the rules stated here are not all-inclusive; moderation staff and adminstration will be vigilant by using these rules as arbitrary guidelines for forum management. The rules stated here are to be assumed the most important of the common laws that dictate the policies of most forum adminstrators and are only here to reassert the policy of this particular forum.
Member rights:
1. Members have the right to question the management in a reasonable manner.
2. Members have the right to petition the management for a redress of grievances.
3. Members have the right to state their own definitive opinions in such a manner that does not violate the rules stated above; however, not with intent to harass or annoy the users or management.
4. Members have the right to seek change in the forums or leave if they feel as if they have been injusticed in any way.
5. Members have the right to seek protection from the Party if needed; however, it is assumed that the Party can seek a similar obligation from them as well.
Admin rights:
The administrator reserves the right to be unjust, unfair, inconsiderate, arrogant, and disrespectful of the rules; he is not obligated by it in any way to do anything. It will be assumed that whatever the administrator did, is doing, and shall do is/was/will be done for the interests of the Party as a whole, unless sufficient cause can prove otherwise, in which case members can utilize their right to seek change.
